ANDREW MANGENI

PASTOR

Hi there! I am Pastor Andrew Mangeni, and I was born and raised in the African nation of Uganda. I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior in October 1985 during my teenage years, and I began to serve the Lord as a youth pastor, prayer warrior (intercessor) and worship leader.

In September 1990, I moved to the U.S to pursue my professional studies as an educator, where I continued to actively serve as a leader in diverse church ministries in the New England area. In May 2007, my wife and I accepted a call to serve as deacons at Jubilee Christian Church, and it was at that time that the Lord began speaking to me about serving in the Pastoral ministry. My wife and I were ordained as pastors and from April 2009 to August 2015, we faithfully served as the family and healing ministry pastors at New Dimension Church (Providence).

In September 2015 we obediently responded to God’s call of establishing a center that would feed and train His flock; this led to the birthing of ‘Liberty Apostolic Center’ in Providence, Rhode Island. The Lord has blessed me so much by being happily married to my wife Anna for 13 years; we have three children (Samuel, Elizabeth and Nicholas).

I have had the honor of serving in the educational sector for over twenty years (20), but my greatest passion is building strong God-fearing families to become actively involved with the great commission of establishing His Kingdom in the earthly realm. I strongly believe that Kingdom culture can be established by people of every nation and tongue serving one another in love (Galatians 5:1).

In 2009 my wife and I started an apostolic ministry (AAM Global Mission) that has continued to serve orphans, widows and remote village pastors in different countries around the world such as: Uganda and Haiti. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from Rhode Island College; a Masters degree in Music Education from the University of Connecticut; and I am writing my dissertation to complete the Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Music education at Boston University.
